From sneaking into nightclubs in Toronto to starting her own music label; Rezz crash-landed onto the EDM scene. 29 year old DJ and producer, Isabelle Rezazadeh, has headlined festivals, sold out venues and gained tens of millions of streams. By growing an occult following on social media and via live performances; Rezz is taking over the world and bringing you with. Composed of heavy inspirations from DeadMau5, her fans have coined her as the Space Mom Wizard. She began her early work in 2015 and after nearly 10 years in the EDM game she finally created HypnoVision, her own record label, in 2022.The newest release from Rezz, the 10 track album titled CAN U SEE ME? released in March of 2024. One of the most diverse and complex albums on her discography. Matched with trippy visualizers and death-defying album artwork. This album is going down in history as one of the most iconic releases for Rezz.
This creepy, yet satisfying body of work is fully collaborative, aside from the title track. The song “CAN YOU SEE ME?” was written and produced by the Space Mom Wizard herself to perfectly execute a unique and eerie vibe. With collaborations from artists like Digital Ethos, Subtronics and Cyclops, this album adds layers that are unchartered for the EDM scene. Track three, “Black Ice”, co-produced by Subtronics, stands out overall as one of the most iconic tracks on both of their discographies. CAN YOU SEE ME? Also features some flawless transitions, easing the listener from one track to the next. Emulating her live show performances which include these flawless auditory transitions. Rezz has got the flow down to a science.Everywhere, Nowhere does not let the listener rest. Constantly looping and intertwining with the beats and drops. In collaboration with Blanke, this music emulates the sounds of apocalyptic ventures. If you were in a zombie apocalypse, this would be the soundtrack to your survival. Perfectly eerie and dystopian, this track encapsulates the feeling of horror movies with minimal technical tricks.Black Ice, in collaboration with Subtronics, is the stand out track to me on this record. While the build is intense and ominous, the drop is more upbeat; perfect for headbanging. Picking up in double time in the second verse, the track ends with a gorgeous piano melody.CUT ME OUT takes on Digital Ethos, Rezz’s labelmate from HypnoVizion. This track is heavier on the spoken word aspect. Transporting the listener to Rezz’s mind, you can easily get into the flow on CUT ME OUT.With collaboration comes innovation, and Rezz is the epitome of new wave techno music. By challenging herself to reach new bounds and starting her own label, Hypnovision. With loads of new music released, came the CAN U SEE ME? Tour. Nobody is doing visuals quite like Rezz, so for the stage and lighting designers, major props to you!

The Queen of the Dark Techno Scene herself, REZZ, is on tour now!REZZ is a world-renowned DJ, producer, and artist born in Ukraine but raised in Canada who has been making insane mid-tempo EDM tracks since 2013. She is a massive believer in the concept of “all killers no filler” which she practices in every single project she works on. Which includes her newest album, “CAN YOU SEE ME?” Alt Wave sees this album as one of the greatest EDM Records of all time. Every single track is stellar and rattles you down to your bones. When it first dropped on March 14th, Alt Wave was blown away. Everything from the composition, the gritty yet pretty sounds, to the overall dark dysphoric vibe screams REZZ. She absolutely crushed this album and it’s one you MUST listen to if you haven’t yet! All links to stream are below. This album has a ton of features from some high-soaring legends including deadmau5, Subtronics, EDDIE, Digital Ethos, KAVARI, Blanke, INZO, Holly, and Cyclops. This 10-track project isn’t like anything we have ever seen before. From the mind-bending twists of ‘Everywhere, Nowhere’ to the delirious progressions in ‘Black Ice’ and even REZZ’s vocal debut on the intro track ‘CAN YOU SEE ME?’ this album has it all.
